Only one account is permitted per person. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, device, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long — a combination of letters and numbers is recommended.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory on bdt99 as part of our security and financial protection measures. It is required for transactions above a certain threshold, bonus withdrawals, and any account-related changes.

• In a parlay or combination bet, if one selection is voided, that leg is treated as cancelled and the remaining bet remains active on the other legs.

Any attempt at Bonus Abuse or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts gives bdt99 the right to cancel all associated bonuses and suspend the relevant accounts.

• Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically — extensions are not available.
• While a bonus is active, a maximum of ৳500 in bonus balance may be used per bet.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly.
